General Trading Company. In the year 1989, it advanced to building maintenance and metal fabrication. With time passing and an crease in work load as workforce
Swachen Enterprise registered with the Contractors Registration Board (CRB) as a registered building contractor on the 19th day of April, 1999, and at the same time changed into a partnership concern with three partners.
In 2011, Swachen Enterprises changed its status from partnership to limited company and finally became known as Swachen Enterprises Limited. At the same time, it updated its status in CRB to building Class 5.
In October 2016, the company registered for civil contractor in class 5. Since then, the company has been growing and developing with time and serving many more.
